Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplyPilot ("Service"), operated by ReplyPilot ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ReplyPilot is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool that helps local businesses manage, analyze, and respond to customer reviews using artificial intelligence. Features vary by subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at RPCS@reply-pilot.net if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old to use ReplyPilot. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

ReplyPilot offers a free plan and paid Starter ($10/month) and Pro ($30/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.

• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of initial subscription if you are not satisfied. Contact RPCS@reply-pilot.net within that window.
• Price changes: We will give at least 30 days notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry it. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ReplyPilot to generate fake, fraudulent, or defamatory reviews
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

5. Google Business Profile Integration

If you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize ReplyPilot to access your review data and, on the Pro plan, post responses on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for all responses posted to your Google listing. ReplyPilot is not affiliated with Google LLC.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated using the Anthropic Claude API. These responses are suggestions only — you are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. ReplyPilot does not guarantee the accuracy, tone, or suitability of AI-generated content for your specific situation.

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all review data and content you add to ReplyPilot. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyPilot's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
